Meeting information

Meetings are held monthly either in the Meeting Room in Neyland Community Hub, John Street, Neyland SA73 1TH or by remote access. Anyone is welcome to attend and those who cannot attend in person can use the virtual access facility. Please contact the Clerk for an invitation link. townclerk@neyland.gov.uk

There is a Public Participation slot at the start of each meeting for anyone to raise issues or concerns with the Town Council. Please be aware that the Council is unable to make decisions on anything that has not been put on the agenda before the meeting so please contact the Clerk at least a few days before the meeting – agendas are sent out 3 business days in advance – for the latest agenda click below. Minutes are approved by the Town Council in arrears, ie at the next meeting.
